I had the greatest experience at Auto Park Ford. I had a few hiccups with the financing and they took the time to make a few phone calls and help me. My husband used to take care of these matters but this is the first car I purchased since his passing. They definitely went the extra mile!!

We were looking for a good SUV and found the perfect one with Ford Auto Park in Sturgis Michigan. Having 4 children we had to have the 3 row seating and bucket seats were a must for us. We were able to find the perfect one and everyone was so friendly and made it as quick and painless as possible. We appreciate everyone there for taking their time and helping us. The staff at the night of my unfortunate event was amazing. It was very late and I was able to get my truck towed to the dealership and have a loaner car available. The last staff waiting for me was a female and she had to drive to Elkhart home as the winter advisory was in full effect. She was great!

My experience with Luke and Kelly at Auto Park Ford in Sturgis was absolutely wonderful. I went in knowing what I wanted and they were very helpful in finding it for me. Everything was explained and easily understood. They made the process pleasant and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional.

Our experience at Auto Park Ford and their staff was outstanding! We were interested in a vehicle that someone else would be looking at the next business day. Sandie let us know that if it sold, she’d do her best to find something similar for us - but it turns out the truck was meant for us and she let us know the other potential buyers passed on it. While waiting for paperwork to process during the sale, the entire staff were very personable.

Sandie listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the right automobile.

Brad was very friendly, but did not seem very interested in trying to find the perfect vehicle for me. Maybe there wasn't another one available that met my criteria, but I was not told this. Dealership advertises one person for the entire buying process, I still interacted with 3 different employees throughout my purchasing process...?

My only complaint is after my oil change I did not receive a sticker telling me when I need an oil change next.
