Hello, I just recently purchased a Nissan Titan from Auto Park Ford. My sales rep’s name was Traci. As my wife and I arrived she was very kind and inviting to the both of us. She made my buying experience a very good one. I during my purchase had found that I needed my back seat fixed including I had an engine light on that needed to be checked. I was told to bring my truck back in to get these things looked at. Once again when I arrived with my truck Traci was there the great me with a big smile and a hello buddy….she went and spoke to her sales manager Kelly about my situation. Kelly was nice enough to tell Traci that they would take care of my Trucks things needing repair….thank you very much Kelly! Traci had me drive my truck into service, were a young girl named Shelby greeted me. She got my information about my truck and what was going on and was very friendly upon doing so. I have to say that these ladies made my day for sure! I would highly recommend considering on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Everyone there is great. Everyone there is very kind. I test drove three vehicles and the salesman was very patient! I ended up leaving in a brand new Bronco; the exact car and color I wanted. The staff at Auto Park worked hard to help me get the new car I wanted.
